Schedule confirmation *

I confirm that the schedule as outlined in our child's acceptance message is correct. I understand that any additions to this schedule will be subject to availability and may incur a $85 schedule change fee.

Deposit, Tuition, & Payment Terms *

An initial deposit in the amount of 10% of the full year tuition plus registration fee is due to secure your child's place in our program. Once received, this deposit is credited towards your tuition for the 2024-2025 program year. By submitting a deposit and checking this box you are committing to the terms as outlined below: - Tuition is non refundable, non transferable. An individual invoice with payment options will be sent to each family. - All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be submitted by date noted on your invoice to secure your child’s spot in our classes. By enrolling in our 2024-2025 full year (Sept-June) option, families assume responsibility for the full balance due for the full year tuition for the schedule requested and outlined on their invoice. - Families are responsible for the full balance due for the 2024-2025 year regardless of the days their child actually attends. No refunds or credits given for classes missed, including those due to travel, illness, or schedule conflicts. Makeup classes are only offered for Inclement Weather days or if Brooklyn Nature Days cancels classes. - A late payment fee in the amount of $25 will be applied to payments made 3 business days past due and a late payment fee in the amount of $50 will be applied to payments made 5 business days past due. - After initial deposit is received, your first tuition payment is due in May of 2024. An email regarding payment plan options will be sent to families in the spring, prior to your first payment due date - Your 10% initial deposit will be credited towards the LAST payment for the year.

Scheduling *

By accepting this spot families are committing to the schedule requested and outlined on their invoice for the duration of the 2024-2025 full year program (Sept-June). The schedule you commit to now will be your child's schedule for the remainder of the year. Any additions to your child's schedule are subject to availability. Tuition for adding any additional days will be based on by-semester pricing. There is an $85 schedule change fee for any scheduling additions made throughout the course of the year.
