Warm and sunny Tuesday!

Summer-like temperatures had the kids on the move - full of energy and wild ideas! Collecting sticks and stones to make a pot of soup for the invisible park dragon, riding on a huge branch together in search of pirates, yoga under the trees, and discovering piles of fallen pine cones!

Happy Monday!

Painting branches, walking together holding hands, running under leaves, feeling the soft, fuzzy tips of plants,  and examining part of a fallen nest made of twigs, hair, string, and leaves woven together!

Working together!

Working with clay and natural materials, stories in the sunshine, and working together to lift and carry a huge, long branch!

Tree bark, story books and tulle...

One of the joys of learning outside is all of the space we have to play, move and get creative!

Acorn hunt!

With a huge empty jar, we set off searching for all different kinds of acorns to collect!
